Crona Fund RAIF V.C.I.C Plc is a professionally managed property fund, registered with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund which gives exposure to distinct opportunities via three sub-funds, the Income, development and hospitality sub-funds.
The Crona Fund is structured as a Variable Capital Investment Company under Cyprus' Alternative Investment Fund Law.

The CRONA FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC is incorporated under the Companies Law, Cap 113 and in compliance with Section VIII of the Alternative Investment Funds Law N.124 (I) of 2018. It is registered in the RAIF Registry held by the CySEC, under No.179 and operates in the form of a public limited liability company as an open-ended umbrella investment company of variable capital.

THE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The CRONA FUND actively pursues investment opportunities across a diverse range of Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and other alternative real estate asset classes.
The objective of the Crona Income Sub-Fund is to actively manage a portfolio that is diversified across income-producing real estate assets in Europe, that will benefit its investors with competitive returns from a focus on residential, retail, and commercial real estate in specific and strategic locations. These investments will include direct purchase of properties for rental purposes (Buy to Let), thereby generating an ongoing income for the Sub-Fund.
The objective of the Crona Development Sub-Fund is to invest in real estate assets in Europe, develop or redevelop these so that investors benefit. The focus is on residential, retail and commercial real estate in specific & strategic locations.
The Crona Hospitality Sub-Fund seeks medium to long term capital appreciation by investing primarily in private equity investments related to hospitality in Cyprus and Europe in general.

Who can invest in the Fund?Due to the regulatory structure of an Alternative Investment Fund, only selected investor categorizations can invest in the Crona Fund. These include Professional and Well-Informed investors.

What is the minimum investment amount?The minimum investment amount is EUR 125,000.

When can an investor invest in or exit the Fund?New investors can invest in the fund by completing the subscription form and providing the relevant documents. The lock-up period is five (5) years. Redeeming from the Fund must be announced in writing before each valuation date bearing in mind the lock-up period as stipulated in the legal offering documents.

What are the requirements or costs associated with subscribing or redeeming from the Fund?The initial subscription fee for the Crona Fund is up to 5%. There are no redemption fees.
